Angkor Sunrise Tour

5:00 am – 12:00 pm
US$90

Pick up and drop off at your hotel in Siem Reap.

(Price includes up to 2 people. Tuk Tuk transportation included)

We will pick you up from your hotel in Siem Reap and have an early start to Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world; Built in the 13th Century by King Siravarman II. We will arrive at the reflection pond early to achive a prime location for the sunsrise at Ankgor Wat. After the sunrise we can stop for a coffee, tea, or breakfast, as the temple doesn’t open until later, allowing for optium light. Continuing on we will see the East Side of Angkor.

From here we will carry on to Ta Prom, or otherwise known as the “Tomb Raider Temple.” Trying our hardest to avoid crowds, we will try to see what the temple has to offer.

Next we will see Ta Nei Temple. One that is difficult to find on a map or guidebook. Set down a long dirt track, large tour buses are restricted to viewing the temple. This leaves us for many opportunities to view the temple with few to no tourists. Taking in the sounds of the wild jungle, birds, and hopefully gibbons.

A few years ago a Conservation Team in Cambodia introduced Wild Gibbons to the site. After this conservation project the gibbons have successfully reintroduced themselves in the the natural habitat

If our luck is good we can shoot the wild gibbons and the incredible temple of Ta Nei.

Afterwards we will travel to a local Pagoda to hopefully capture families or individuals getting water blessing from the local monks. A fast shutter speed is needed to capture the water droplets off their heads.

From here we will conclude the morning and return to your hotel.
